Circadian AI provides AI automation services for agencies and SMBs, including workflow automation, AI integration and deployment, internal retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, AI training for client teams, and related advisory. Any agreement for services is subject to a separate written statement of work or contract between you and Circadian AI. These Terms govern your use of the Website only; they do not replace or override the terms of any engagement you sign with us.

3. Intellectual property

All content and materials on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Circadian AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.

We do not control those providers' availability, accuracy, or output, and we make no warranty as to the reliability of content generated by them. Where you engage us to deliver automations for your business, the specific providers used and the terms that apply will be set out in the engagement contract.

7. Governing law
